For our modern and award-winning campsite in Upleward at the North Sea, we are looking for motivated employees (m/f/d) on a part-time basis with 20-30 hours per week for the reception area. Organisation is your thing? At our reception, varied and diverse activities await you every day in looking after our guests. You will support our campsite manager in the smooth running of the entire daily business on our site. As the main contact person for our guests, you will take care of their questions and requests. You work during the season from the end of March to the beginning of November and collect the necessary overtime for the second half of the year. Afterwards you will have a long time off and enjoy holidays and free time with continuous pay. Osterburg Over a short stretch of the outer dike, the route leads through the East Frisian marshland and the village Hamswehrum to Groothusen. The East Frisian "chieftain's castle" Osterburg with a view of the dike lies three metres above sea level. The more than 530-year-old castle is one of the oldest secular buildings in East Frisia. During a guided tour you can learn about the historical peculiarity of the stone house and its past on the Wadden Sea. Friends of homemade cuisine and creative cakes and tarts will get their money's worth in the charming bistro and café. Enjoy the enchanting castle garden with a view of the castle. BOOK NOW CHECK AVAILABILITY BLOG Chalets for relaxation: Your cozy holiday home on the dike North Sea camping with the comfort of your own home Experience the comfort of a camping holiday in our beautiful chalets. Enjoy the charm of our small holiday homes near the North Sea – right behind the dike. Privacy and comfort are guaranteed here. Amenities: We offer first-class, fully furnished chalets from Bürstner with approximately 38 square meters of living space. Living area: Look forward to two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living room with satellite TV, a lovely bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. Outdoors: A terrace with garden furniture invites you to relax. Accessibility and service For wheelchair and walker users, we offer a special Tobs chalet. It features a ramp, extra-wide doors, a walk-in shower, and plenty of room to move around. Thanks to its larger size, this chalet is also ideal for guests with strollers. Extra service for you: Beds & Towels: The beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels will be provided. This way, you can travel light and start your holiday relaxed! Baby Set: We are happy to provide you with a complimentary baby set including a travel cot, changing mat, and highchair for the duration of your stay. Arrival, pets and rules Arrival : Arrival at the chalets is guaranteed from 3:00 PM. Departure: Please depart by 11:00 AM so that cleaning and mowing can take place. Pets: Please understand that pets are only allowed upon request, as we keep some of our accommodations pet-free for allergy sufferers. The following chalets are dog-friendly: M43, M50, M51, M52, and M53. Smoking: Naturally, all our accommodations are non-smoking. Then you can lock the door with the key as usual. Heating Our chalets are equipped with gas heating, which is usually preset by us. Do you want to adjust the heating yourself, please set the desired temperature (1-10) and press the control down until the heating ignites and runs. You can then see the flame through the small opening. Then adjust the fan to distribute the heat throughout the room. Gas stove Select the control knob for the desired hob and set it to the Max. Press the control to release the gas. You can now ignite the gas flame. Press and hold the knob for 10 seconds after ignition. The flame then burns safely. Dogs Your dogs are welcome in some of our chalets! At the reception you can get dog beds and food bowls, which we will gladly provide for the duration of your stay. Your four-legged companions should also feel at home with us!
