Please dispose of your garbage at the recycling station. The containers for the individual recyclables are clearly marked. Please keep in mind the costs that will also have to be passed on to you if the garbage is handed over unsorted. Bringing household waste will result in being expelled from the site.

Arrival and departure times

The allocated parking space is available to you from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival, and the accommodation from 3 p.m.
Out of consideration for other guests, we ask you not to start dismantling the tent and caravan before 7 a.m. on the day of departure. Please vacate the pitch by 12 p.m. and the accommodation by 11 a.m. Of course, you can also use our camping park until 6 p.m. on the day of departure by arrangement; we will then only charge you the parking space fees.

Question 3

Arrival/registration

If you have successfully checked in online and have the correct license plate number, you can drive yourself through the barrier to your parking space from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Arrivals with booked accommodation will receive the key at reception between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. If you arrive later, please contact us by phone or email.

Please dispose of waste water in the drains provided. Allowing wastewater to seep away is not permitted. Special drains are also available for faeces. Please only use sanitary liquids that are biodegradable. You can also get information about this at reception.

2 dogs per pitch and designated chalets, with the exception of fighting dogs, are welcome on our campsite.
Dear dog owner, please remember that there are many children and adults who are afraid of dogs. Please only keep your dog on a leash and do not let him run freely, not even on your pitch. If your dog does its business on the campsite, please remove it immediately. If you don't have a bag available, you can find it in the recycling area. Please be particularly considerate of children, for whom a dog can be very dangerous. Information about walking paths and swimming areas can be found here

During the summer holidays we offer children's entertainment. Our place also has a children's playroom, a soccer field and a wool ball field. We welcome children who make friends with other children and explore the area together on foot or by bike.

Car/car

With special consideration for our younger guests, vehicles may only be moved on marked paths and only at a walking pace of 10 km/h. Paths and access roads must always be kept clear. Please avoid unnecessary journeys by car. Guest vehicles may only be parked in the assigned parking space.
Only one vehicle is permitted per parking space. Additional vehicles can only be accepted if they are registered and there is enough space. Vans and trucks are only permitted by prior arrangement. Mopeds and scooters are not allowed on the site.

Rest periods

The peace and quiet of our guests is particularly important to us. If you disturb the night's sleep, we will unfortunately be forced to expel you.
The quiet times are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The rest times must be observed in the interest of all guests.
Vehicle traffic on the site should be avoided during this time. You can make an emergency call using the emergency call button at reception. If there is an urgent reason to leave the site during this time, this is of course possible after consultation with the local campsite management or if there is imminent danger. Please ring the bell at reception.

Cancellation fees

The following cancellation fees apply to all bookings and all booking options:
- for cancellations up to 43 days before arrival: 0 percent of the confirmed total price,
- for cancellations 42 to 29 before arrival: 25 percent of the confirmed total price,
- for cancellations 28 to 15 days before arrival: 50 percent of the confirmed total price,
- for cancellations 14 to 3 days before arrival: 80 percent of the confirmed total price,
- for cancellations 2 days before arrival up to the booked arrival day: 90 percent of the confirmed total price. The decisive factor for determining the time of cancellation is the time at which we receive the declaration of cancellation. You are free to provide proof that the claim did not arise or did not arise to the required amount, for example as a result of the property being re-rented in whole or in part.

Water taps

Water taps may not be changed for reasons of hygiene. The fittings must not be fitted with add-on parts. Disposing of wastewater at the water points is strictly prohibited. Violations can lead to expulsion.

To lock the door of the chalet, first push the door handle upwards. Then you can lock the door with the key as usual.

Heating

Our chalets are equipped with gas heating, which is usually preset by us. Do you want to adjust the heating yourself, please set the desired temperature (1-10) and press the control down until the heating ignites and runs. You can then see the flame through the small opening. Then adjust the fan to distribute the heat throughout the room.

Gas stove

Select the control knob for the desired hob and set it to the Max. Press the control to release the gas. You can now ignite the gas flame. Press and hold the knob for 10 seconds after ignition. The flame then burns safely.

Dogs

Your dogs are welcome in some of our chalets! At the reception you can get dog beds and food bowls, which we will gladly provide for the duration of your stay. Your four-legged companions should also feel at home with us!
