Citizens from the Emsland district are not affected by the ban on accommodation for the time being, since the incidence of 50 there, with a value of 52.9, is only just exceeded and is due to a considerable extent to the clearly distinguishable occurrence of infection in a slaughterhouse.
The district of Vechta (7-day incidence of 68.6) is not affected by the ban on accommodation either. There, a significant part of the new infections is due to a clearly definable outbreak in a nursing home.
